Introducing Chiron. (Originally, Chiron was a Thessalian god of healing, but in later Greek mythology he survived as one of the centaurs).
This piece will be making the trip to Seattle international Knife show next week.
It does have a nice flip and lock up. Zero play. Having a lot of fun with this build and learning a lot.

This will not be for everyone. But please feel free to comment

Bruce, very nice Damascus and CF. I like it!! Even though I collect traditional style knives, I do like some of the gentleman's tactical knives. I think this knife will have wide appeal and sell easily. Nice cross-over and should expand business.

Thanks Mark, I did not what to stray too far from the more traditional. But I need to push the ol comfort zone a bit.

could u guys recommend some nice damascus flippers, for edc with 2,5-3.5" blade length? price range 100-600USD

Bing,
Nice work really like the Damascus. It works well with CF and the blue screws. The flow from the handle to the blade looks really good, nice and smooth . Might have to come out and take a look at this. I wanna see what the other side looks like.
Cheers, Chad

Yeah............contact Bruce Bingenheimer, the guy that started this thread with the pictures of exactly the type of knife you mentioned. Expect to pay much closer to the high end of your given price range than the low end.

Nice folder Bing. Can't wait to check it out. I love the carbon fiber and the blue screws. Decided to put bolsters on it though, eh? :) They look great. Good work pal!

Great looking knife Bing! I fear the photos don't do it justice?
Really like the it. Looks very "smooth."
