Here is one I just finished up about 10 minutes ago. It has a 8" blade of twisted W's made out of 1084 and 15n20. 416 SS bolsters with stabilized Koa handle scales. The blade is 2" wide at the heel and is .070" thick just in front of the bolsters. Please tell me what you think I am just learning this kitchen cutlery thing and can use all the input I can get.

I like the cola shaped handle. The Koa was not impressive at all, however its the wood.

Regarding the blade it was not my cup of tea. I suspect the knife to be blade heavy, but I could be wrong as Im just based on pictures.
I have seen far more better work from you, specially the Petit Gyoto/Utility Knife with a 5.75" :) I don't know about the grind, as its very hard to tell by seeing just pictures.

To sum up.
Your Petit Gyoto/Utility Knife with a 5.75" would hit my kitchen, this would not :(
I hope I wasn't to harsh, but its an honest feedback based on just a few pictures.

No offense at all that is the kind of feedback I am looking for. It is not blade heavy at all as the blade thickness is only .070 at the spine. The wood is better than my photography. Thank you.

Very nice, but I think I like the darker shades of Desert Ironwood over Koa. Maybe Snakewood? I'd also get Mosaic Pins if I'm going for a looker:D.
