The last few knives to squeeze into 2015

Parkerized W2 chef knives.

Gyuto 200 (just under 8") with a 51 heel height.
French/western curve at 85 (7.5")with a 53 heel.
G10 continues to be my new favorite handle material, nasty to breathe while grinding but beautiful and absolutely bombproof in tough work environments.

Then there's this wee little single twisted W and ironwood knife.

I'm sorry about the scrubby hand/iphone pictures. Our computer gave up the ghost and our website got hacked twice this month so we're a bit behind in the tech department. Ok maybe I could have spent less time drinking eggnog and eating pies...perhaps in the New Year! Thanks for looking guys :)

Lovely work Haley.

Damascus and G10 look good together and work the best in the kitchen with my experience, as does ironwood as a handle as well for more color and bling.

I have a Tom Krein in stainless Devin Thomas ladder pattern and ironwood that has been going strong for almost 10 years and sees almost daily use.

Looking forward to what you guys produce in 2016 very much!

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Giggles...we were just talking about reverting to our old seperate accounts so we quit annoying everyone. Totally our bad although I had hoped the delicate feminity of my hands would have tipped you off Joe 😜.
Happy New Year guys!
