Damascus knife

Hi my grandad left me a lock knife with a Damascus steel blade. It comes in a brown leather sheath or case (I dunno what it's called)
I've looked online and it looks very similar to something I think was called a Warren knife or something. I can't figure out how to get a picture on here from my phone so if you think you might be able to help feel free to email me at reubendunford@gmail.com

If there is no maker's mark on the blade then it might be a kit knife from the 90s (based on the allen screws)
 
Who ever made it, it is a nice looking knife. What does it say in the writing around the sheath button?

It's a modern folder made in Pakistan in the past 10 years the sheath is a dead giveaway to me. I recognize the snap too, it's common to the " nicer " Pakistani knives you see today.

I think I may have seen one of these at an army surplus store a year so ago, but it was probably just one of the many other similar ones Available.
