Damascus kukri

I'd like to show you my latest work.
It's a damascus kukri, the blade was made by my friend Miguel Gugliotta, it's around 200 layers of 1085/iron,with a bird's eye pattern.
It has a full tang, and the handle material is itin wood (Prosopis kuntzei), the butt cup is damascus steel.
The sheath is leather.

I like this khukri as much as any I have seen. It looks like a khukri should look, plus it has a wonderful pattern welded blade.
 
Beautiful work! I don't usually go for khukri-style blades on other knife designs but I do like the real thing!
