Damascus steel is my favorite. Almost any kind. This is a great looking knife. I have two questions for you. What kind of Damascus is used here and does the sheath have a kydex liner in it?

High Carbon 416 Layer Alabama Damascus, hand made in the USA from 5160, 52100, 15n20, and 203e steels

No kydex liner on the sheath, pure leather! It is made with welt construction so the stitching is protected. (and recessed)
