This is a folder I took to Seattle with me. It sold Saturday pretty early in the show. Stayed on the table for awhile and I got a lot of good feedback on it. I made a matching damascus pocket clip for it which, I somehow neglected to photograph so no pics of that. Sorry. :)

Specs:
My own damascus steel of 1084 and 15n20
3 1/4" blade, 4 1/8" closed, .130" thick at the ricasso
Full distal taper and false edge
Rounded spine ahead of the thumb grip area
.065" Jeweled and fileworked titanium liners
Matching damascus thumbstud and file-fullered backspacer
Silver twill g-10 bolsters
Black g-10 scales
Titanium pivot screws and scale screws
Bronze washers
Solid lockup and smooth action

All comments and discussion welcome.

Your linerlock design is beautiful, and this one is no exception, wow! that edge is THIN!!! I'm sure the handle angle with the edge makes for a great real using knife.
I agree on the clip thing, i prefer without it...

Some lucky attendee got both a knife-of-a-lifetime and a bargain (no matter the cost).

As always, wonderful work, John!

I got to check this one out last weekend. It is everything a liner lock should. Great job John.

Thanks for sharing

I saw this knife last weekend and was very impressed by the overall design and exceptional attention to details. Very smooth with crisp lock-up and easy release. The photos just don't do it credit. It was without question one of the finest folders of its kind at the show. First class, John!

really enjoy that gunstock handle shape. And everything else, really. But...
I actually prefer the look of the fuller/nail nick you had going on with the one at the show.
Still, wouldn't kick er outta bed for eating crackers!

a little bummed to have missed out on handling this beauty :(

Yeah me too. I was hoping a few more folks would have a chance to check it out. It sure didn't stick around long.

I'm a little bummed I didn't get a pic of the damascus pocket clip. It was a nice touch, I thought.

well, I guess you'll have to make another! :)
