Damascus Paradigm- Who's Damascus Was Used On These ?

Posted a pic of this knife on another sub forum and was asked who's damascus was used...
I checked the COA, The catalog, even the special insert enclosed with Paradigms. No mention of the Maker or steel used whatsoever.
Several reasons came to light as to the reasons that this info might be important, including giving credit and recognition to the forger and care and maintenance of the steel. Possible guesses are Devon Thomas or Rob Thomas.

Anybody know for sure who's Damascus this is?

Thanks Plumberdv, I too am pretty sure that it is Devon Thomas. It would be nice to be able to authenticate this information to keep with the COA.
 
Devon Thomas has a website and I've written him a note asking if this model used his Damascus. I'll post any reply. Beautiful work on all fronts and terrific question.

Here is a blade, made June 1998 by Phil Boguszewski from Devon Thomas Stainless Raindrop Damascus, for comparison and to show that he has been at it for some time now and achieved great results:
