I have been stockremoval for 5 yrs, ready ro forge and make damascus.
My questions are how to make random pattern "W" pattern. Please know I have a 25 ton press on the way and a great gas forge from Rex Price.
I also need to know if a pyrometer is necessary. My forge is a propane gas for with two T-Rex's. Pyro technology (if necessary w, b, etc) and damascus (specifically the W pattern) are my main concerns, althought anything else would be appreciated.
