This is not something you see averyday at the forums, guys! An integral damascus steel Sorocabana - the traditional knife from my region - forged by my friend Ricardo Vilar. The handle is of stabilized maple and the leather sheath is also by Ricardo. Not that ugly, I think... :D

Very nice, I realy like the handle shape, looks like it'd remain secure in the hand even if it was dipped in motor oil

The damascus was forged by the maker, and he also makes some amazing mosaic patterns.
Keith, Ricardo is a very taented maker. Three years ago he had never forged a blade, can you believe? Besides that, he is a good friend, too.
