damascus steel classes

Hey all, I'm looking for classes on damascus pattern blademaking. I'm on the west coast so I would like it to be in traveling distance but the instructor is more important than the location.Does anybody have a good recomendation?

There are alot of great makers on the west coast. I don't know if any give lessons, but Bruce Bump and Nick Wheeler live out that way and show up here on the forums pretty regularly. I am sure there are many more, but i just don't know where everybody lives.
