So I was looking into a Kershaw Scallion with Damascus blade, but I wasn't too sure about Damascus as a steel. Did some googling and from what I found, the term just applies to any laminated steel which is worked in a certain way so that the grain pattern is shown... Helpful, but I wasn't able to find out anything on Kershaw's Damascus. Is it stainless? Hardness rating? Performance? Would really appreciate any input
