Hello guys , I would like to show you this puukko , made in colaboration with two friends of mine Plamen Tasev and Nikolaj Nikolov. They forged the billet for the blade . I tried to select a piece of wood for the handle that will go along with the dark blade. These two guys supplied me with a good amount of damascus billets , so I'll be doing more in near future.
Steel – Laminated blade with 1.2519 core , 80Crv2 and 15n20 on the sides.
OAL - 240 mm (~9.5").
Blade - 115Х21Х4.8mm (~4.5x0.8x0.2") rhomboid grind.
Handle – Stabilized maple burl and mokume gane.
Leather sheath with wooden isnert.
Weight with/without sheath - 150/200 grams.
