Here is a fighter I have just made. Needs to be sharpened and a couple touch-ups. Blade length is 9 inches overall is 14 1/2. Notice how guard, ferrule, buttcap and sub-hilt are also San Mia. My San Mia Damascus, pre-ban Elephant ivory. Hope you like it. Now to get it out the door.



 
I love this one Dan. Great steel work and my favorite handle material too. Nice job. Enjoyed the WIP on the Custom thread for it too.
 
Thanks guys. When I photographed it, it is was not glued, just screwed. Re-etched a few of the parts such as the ferrule as you can see some bright spots on it. Oil somehow got in my etch. Hade to mix up a new batch. Bright spots are gone now.
