One of my mutlti task project's while i was forging 6 other's for forum member Pipeman

Turned out pretty good considering i did'nt use any flux for the welding

Turned out nice. I like the straight grained look. How did you do it without flux? With a hammer or a press?

Burton,i tried sharing my method of forge welding hear awhile back,so instead of opening up another can of worm's for all those that are long on lip's and short on ear's,i'd just as soon not go into it again.

Just so ya'll know, I ordered 6 hawks from Steve a week ago, he's shipping them tomorrow. Great hawks and a great guy to deal with.

HA-HAA-HAAAAAA NO,snuck that one in the forge while i was working on your's,i'm gonna play with it for awhile before i sell it
 
So I'll be able to buy it as a USED hawk when you're finished playing ???? ;-))) Go ahead, ding the blade ;-))
