that looks more like a double bevel nakiri.

an usuba is single bevel.

i have a 135mm petty in the same brand.

i think you should check out other knife makers instead.

Usuba - single (chisel-grind) bevel - must be sure to order appropriate right, or left handed version - probably easier to sharpen freehand at home
Nakiri - western-style double bevel. In my experience there are more of these available at reasonable prices, and in stainless, than Usubas
