Here is a sturdy three-finger knife I just finished.
I finally got to use my stamp on a blade :) my second ever sole authorship knife.
It is 185mm overall with a 95mm x 35mm x 6mm blade.
The idea was to have a compact feeling knife that is still comfortable to use.

Deeply etched damasteel blade with an angular spine.
Mammoth ivory scales and fileworked, antiqued bronze liners.
Fileworked torx screws, including in the stud on the sheath.

The "open-spine" sheath is lined with black leather with welts of pewter.

This is the first knife in line to be shown at a few shows this summer.

Please let me know what you think.

Yeah, what Bruce said!

Very nice package overall!!! really like the sheath concept... But then again, I like a lot of the scandihoovien stuff I've come to see lately from Sweden and Norway, Denmark, too! And I like the orientation of the grind to the damasteel pattern! :D

Very, very nice package sir:thumbup: You have a look of your own and I like it. Not an easy thing to do these day's.

A dynamic little package. Very original design. Great choice of ivory.
Nice blade steel. The sheath is just ingenious.
Have you thought of making a larger version? Say hunter size?

That is a very nice, simple piece that is dressy but not gaudy. I like it a lot!

What pattern Damasteel did you use? I'm not sure I've seen it before, it's pretty freaky looking on the blade!

The damasteel is called blåtunga and this particular piece is from the end 10-20mm that is left from the flat forging of the pattern.
At least that was what I was told.

Thanks everyone for your comments I appreciate all feedback very much.
