Damn, I love this knife!!!

I've been carrying a Benchmade 550S Griptilian I received in a trade for a few days and I think I've found my EDC knife.
Mine is one of the pre-production models with the Griptilian logo on the right side of the blade.

The blade shape is similar to Spyderco's Pro-Venator or Wegner models, perfect for general chores, and the action is silky smooth. The handle is also perfect for those with large hands like myself.
If anyone owns one or has had the chance to check it out, what are your thoughts on it?

Mine has been my EDC since I got it. I have a first production run #380. It is very smooth in opening. The handles are comfortable and the steel used is better other offerings in this class. You also get the axis lock! For the price it can be had online I think it is a real bargain. It seems to be a decent performer and I am not afraid to use it hard.

I'll "third" that motion. It is a knife that kinda grows on you. Awesome user that just begs you to abuse it. I am going to pick up a second one before moving to Nicaragua!
