Damn web specials got me again.

So I just posted today in https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/whats-your-newst-buck-knife.1640849 that there was currently nothing from Buck I wanted right now and would wait to see what's new for next year.
After I made my post I remembered that there was a knife I've been wanting that happens to be discontinued and it's the American flag 525 gent.

Wouldn't you know I clicked on a recent email from Buck and there it was on the web specials page
I couldn't jump on two of them fast enough.
I remember my dad liking the knife too, so naturally I had to get him one.

It's crazy that I was just thinking about this knife today and happened to discover them by chance on the web special page, maybe I should start thinking of something really rare and they'll show up there for really cheap

Does TSA have an email newsletter, or you just need to watch their blog and home page? I don’t go to their homepage too often unless I’m looking for a knife to order. Not just to browse. That just makes me sad.

I missed that, but I'm surprised they were up that long and glad they were up long enough for me to get a couple.

The solitaire and small Bucklite max fixed blades were gone right after I ordered mine.
