He's probably just getting up at this point...
and he won't be home for a few hours yet...:jerkit:

but I NEED to see some pictures -

smiling knifemakers, knifebuyers with even bigger smiles, table displays, test knives, etc.

Come on, Peter, the wait is killing me!

I hope everyone had a great time and has safe journey home.
Wish I could have been there, hope to be next year (rolling pennies as I type :D).

We don't have to wait for The Senator,

If you're back and you have pictures -

POST'EM, Please!!!

Last time I spoke to Peter he had all of his new BLADE purchases on the floor of his hotel room and he was rolling all over them in ecstasy.

WHERE ARE THE PICS?

Well, I'll give you more reason to say "Damn you mister Gill". In his tradition of snagging award-winning knives, he is now the owner of the blades that won the Hughes Award (Sean McIntyre MS test dagger) and Best Hunter (Lin Rhea). The bastid. :p

Wow! How is awesome is that? That is great! I am wicked happy for him.

And my buddy Guido snagged the Knight piece that won both the Best Bowie and the Moran awards. Bet he's grinning all the way back to Italy. ;)

IMHO, two of the best knives at the Blade Show were the John White stag fighter which Roger got and the absolutely outstanding Russ Andrews stag sub-hilt bowie.

Not sure who if anyone got that one.

All the test daggers were outstanding IMO.

Geez Starr!

Roger was taking the pics this year! get after his lazy bones! ;)

Coop gave me two CDs with copies of all his raw images as a back up, but I value my life and would not even think of posting any of them.

There were Awesome knives there weren't there

Good time was had by all. I didn't get to see Jason's bowie, but I did get to fondle the MASSIVE L6 recurve "bush sword" he had and lo, it was badass!!!

I'll have you know, I'm currently in possession of all of Roger P.'s Blade show knives, and am planning on laying them all out on the floor in my hotel room very soon and rolling around on them in pure ectasy.

:p:D:thumbup:

That's right. I cut two DVD's with all my images and asked Peter (as he was having me photograph Sean McIntyre's AMAZING MS Dagger) to carry them home.

...just in case my car caught on fire OR the computer crashed. As it turns out I just copied them all to my Mac for editing. All is well.

Peter: Thanks! SHHHHHH!!!!!! Reach into the candy jar but don't share..... ;)
