My wife got her XM-18 Slicer today. Package(USPS box) had a huge crease down the middle. I thought the worst. Inside the USPS box, the Hinderer box was crushed:eek:. However upon inspection, due to the peanuts in the USPS box and the peanuts in the Hinderer box, her XM-18 Slicer arrived undamaged. Huge  to the crew at Hinderer for their packaging techniques. I will post pics later tonight.:D

I feel ya on package delivery businesses. More than a few packages have arrived to me looking like someone played soccer with em or drove a fork lift into them. For me, USPS does ok, FedEx does good and UPS is the laggard. I have photoed many packages before opening them, but luckily have had no major product damage. I have found it always gets a tad worse during holiday season.
Now 2 things to consider:
Please post pics of the knife for show-n-tell.
And 2, you may want to remove the pic with your home addy in plain view to the world. Just a thought.

Right on, safety first. Nice slicer grind 3.5. Definitely on my want list. Thanks for sharing.
