I resent the fact that you locked this thread ... as I do what you said in it.

You have asked people not to post on GB&U because you wanted to "handle" these kind of things...."in house".
Yet now you lock my thread and cry foul cause you don't want to face the facts and deal with it.
You not only locked the thread but you deleted the emails I had posted that verified what I was saying.
If posting emails is an infraction.... then I deserve an infraction.
I was unaware.
You also said in your EDIT deleting those emails that it was "Low Class".....
............. maybe/maybe not.
Lying to people is "Low Class" Dan.
You accused me of making "threats". I totally resent that.
You told me in an email I would have my refund by 26 March 2010.
That was 16 March.
To date I have heard nothing from you at all and no refund.
If, "stuff had happened" and you could not send the refund by then..... all you had to was call or email and communicate that. Yet you did nothing and throw it in there now.
The issue is not the knives..........
You owe me no apologies for them & as I no longer have any interest as to why they or late or when they will be done......I no longer keep up with updates about them.
The issue is the refund......... which I very quietly asked for in the beginning.
Today, no "threats" were made Dan; that is lame on your part.
Trying to shift focus from the real problem of no refund to me yet.
I simply told you clearly & calmly what I was going to do if I did not have my refund by 16 April 2010.
You and I have nothing else to discuss, talk about, or work out.
I either have my refund by US Postal Money Order by 16 April 2010 or I take this to the authorities I mentioned above and let them sort it out.
I have hidden nothing here. I have calmly told you exactly what your options are in this matter, as well as having outlined my course of action to you.
In fact, in doing that; I have given you the total choice in where and how this matter ends up.
I have not posted this on GB&U yet, and don't wish to Dan.
