... and he was giving me a hard time for buying these in bunches - ha!

Blade is about 6" of forged W2 tool steel, with clay hardened blade(hamon not really visible in these pics), stainless guard and spacers, colored spacers and Amboyna Burl handle.

Congrats ya bastid! Why I don't own a knife with amboyna burl is beyond me - that is some gorgeous wood - must remedy that.

Danbo had a bag full of Russ' knives at the Little Rock show yesterday. How does this guy do it?? :D

Great snag, once again, Danbo! Good seeing you in Arkansas. Really like this one!

Wow look how clean that solder joint is.

And, I know how he does it. He showed me how he does it, and made it look easy. Now, easy for Russ is one thing. It's doubtful, if I could ever duplicate such a feat.

Another one of my collection temporarily on loan to Danbo;):D

Another superb piece, not sure which one I like the most, this or the micarta .... both brilliant.

Danbo is a little slow otherwise but a true savant when it comes to picking clean knives.

I hate it when he gets the good stuff!

Nice knife. Clean lines, beautiful handle. Good looking sheath also!

Heck, that's gotta be the nicest thing you've ever said to me! I'll cherish those comments forever. :D

Come to think of it..........that IS about the only nice thing I've EVER heard ANYONE say about you. :D
