I spoke with Danelle about an idea I had regarding clips for various knives. I tested my idea on some knives that I had, and found that it would work. I then called Danelle back and told her, and she then went out of her way to help me out and get me what I needed.
I just wanted to thank her publicly and tell Sal to remember all the things she does for us forum members (and I'm sure all other customers) when it comes time for a raise.
P.S.-Danelle, I didn't want to elaborate on my idea because you then might start receiving lots of phone calls, but if you want to let the cat out of the bag, feel free. BTW,it works great.
