FedEx said it would be here by 10:30. Here it is, 11:10 and still no FedEx man!

I HATE waiting for Christmas to come out of season like this. :grumpy:

I know what you mean. Waiting on a B-42 from a fourm member. It is said "all good things come to he who waits" (or something like that).

Yes, but now I have to leave my house and it still isn't here. I guarantee that they'll show up while I'm gone, and all I'll have to show for my anticipation is one of those "We were here, wish you had been too" stickers that they like to leave on my front door. :grumpy:

I know how you feel :)
It's not with FedEx but I'm NEVER at home for knife deliveries (as many other, I'm at work monday to friday) and one of the following happens:

1. the neighbour happens to be visible and takes the package (yesss)
2. I get a note and must go get the package at the post office during working hours (difficult)
3. I get the dreaded "we'll be back tomorrow" then in a day or two I'm at step n° 2 :D

I just called FedEx and got the lame, "Oh well, the problem is blah blah blah and we're really sorry and we'll try to call the driver and blah blah blah blah blah."

Meanwhile, here I sit, afraid to leave my house just in case the guy decides to show up.

Why is it that with UPS, "Delivered before 10:30 am on March 27th" really means "We'll show up when we're damn good and ready to show up and you'll LIKE IT!"

The last time they did this, they came pounding on my door at 10:30 at night.

I think I won't be using FedEx ever again. :grumpy:

Ah, it finally showed up after I yelled at FedEx. Don't know if yelling at them helped, but at least the thing showed up.

Review to follow, once I have a chance to take a few pictures.

I can't believe how much larger a large is than the small sebbies! It's exactly what I was looking for.

They don't even ring my door bell. I just hear the plop of a package hitting the cement. By the time I get from my computer to the front door, the driver is half
way down the block.

That sounds like UPS for me. Anyway, True North Knives sent it via FedEx so that I had to sign for the package. Not that I'm complaining about having to sign for the package. It's just that I wish that FedEx would show up when they say they're going to.

This thread is worthless without pics ;)
coughem' up
also glad to hear it finally arrived, being
a delivery hostage is never fun!

I intend to get out and take new pics of my CRK family sometime early next week. This weekend, unfortunately, is all about painting the house.

But don't worry, you don't have to wait around your house for delivery of my new pics. We'll leave them even if you aren't home. :D

Hehe, that's good to know! enjoy the paint!
