Dang it!

Call/email kershaw they will have a couple new ones in the mail to you ASAP. Did this to my 0560 a while back.
 
I've already been on their website. Their form was easy to use, and it didn't even ask for money.
 
I've done it before too, twice. Once it got caught on a hand rail going up the stairs, another time it got caught on something in the car.
 
I've never bent a pocketclip. I've had to bend one back into place so the retention was to my liking, but that's it.

I've had to bend the clip back on my ti bump after it caught on something. Bent back just fine, but the OP's might be different as it's bent in a different spot.

I had to bend the clip on my Griptilian because it didn't even touch the scale. It came like that from the factory.
 
I was getting out of an old vehicle that had upholstery with the bead along the edge. I guess it caught on the bead. I've bent clips before and have reshaped them with a pair of smooth parallel jawed pliers. I will do the same with this one, but thought I would get a spare coming anyway. The worst part about it was not carrying my knife until I got home! I felt kind of naked, ha, ha.
 
I catch mine on the steering wheel of my truck all the time. I emailed Kershaw and they sent me a few clips and some screws.
 
That right there is one of the main reasons I've hesitated so long on getting a new 550. I really dislike the low-carry clip.
 
I didn't like the deep clip at first but it grew on me and now I like it enough to put a deep clip on my 0301. They're much easier to manipulate though, intentionally or not so, such as the OP. Like all things, there's good and bad.

The low rider is awesome, saves me from jacking up my Ti. And I like the lower position, rides in a better spot
