I keep losing my slipjoints. So far I have lost an old Boker Congressman and a German made pen knife with mother of pearl.

It's really pissing me off

I think my Boker was stolen when I had movers packing up all my stuff and I must of laid in on my dresser. I lost my pen knife during thanksgiving, either getting in or out of my pickup. I just can't keep a hold of them!!!!!

What have you lost

I had an ivory Scagel that I lost. It was gone for two years, then when we were moving, it slid out of a cushion onto the floor. From there it went right into my pocket.

Somewhere, either in my house or rather large garden lies a Jerry Halfrich "Small Woodsman", a beautiful jigged bone single blade shadow Jack. Been gone 2 1/2 years now.
Also lost a Schrade USA 34OT in the same garden about 15 years ago. I still keep an eye out for both of these when i am gardening. The Schrade might no longer be recognizable as a knife. The Halfrich has 154CM steel so it might be restorable if found.

That Halfrich might have a nice vintage look if you ever find it.

I used to lose knives all the time when I was growing up. These days, not so much for some reason. I have forgotten them at work or left them on the counter if I used them for something, but I haven't actually lost any in a good long while.

I did lose a mini toothpick for a few years. My dad bought it for me when I was a Junior in highschool. It's a Winchester made by Queen I believe. One of those "1 of a 1000" runs or something. Anyway, I misplaced it pretty quickly, and kinda forgot about it. Truth be told, it was lost right around the time my mom and I were moving out of the house after they got a divorce. Some knife that my old man got me really didn't mean a whole lot to me at the time.

Flash forward to my Junior year of college. My girlfriend whom I had dated since highschool is cleaning out her Celica she has had since she was 16 as she is getting the hand-me-down Audi from her parents. Under the floor-mat in the back seat is the Winchester. It's got a lot of pitting and staining on the blade, but other than that it's no worse for wear. By that time my dad and I had patched things up between us. I had often wondered about what had happened to the knife but just assumed that it was lost to the ages in the move. It lives in my nightstand these days. Lovely little single blade cutter.

Guess it was a good thing I kept that girl around for so long. As a matter of fact, I liked her so much I decided to marry her;)

I've only started carrying a knife a couple of years ago, so the occasion to lose one has only occurred once.
Lost a Boker Appaloosa Stockman in Aiken, SC last October while on vacation. I liked it so much that I had to immediately purchase a replacement.

I lost a nice medium sized Douk Douk the other day while shopping for a new chair with the wife.... dang thing must have slipped out of my pocket into one of the several chairs I tried on that day.... I didn't even notice it till I got home.

1976 I lost a pocket knife. Not a clue what happened to it and missed it sorely.
Rolled and totaled my car (1974 Dodge Dart) in a single vehicle accident.
While at the hospital, called and asked my dad to get some stuff from the wrecked car.
Guess what he found LoL. Must have slipped down into the seats.
... don't know if it came out from under the back seat or from the driver seat.
I was a young man ... and had a girlfriend ;)

I probably have half the stories worth mentioning as some of the long standing regulars. I'm just more long winded than most;)
