I just got a Matt's Scarab fighter from Les. It is very well-made, light yet strong. The 7" recurve blade is made from D2. I really like the feel of the handle. So smooth and perfectly fits my hand. Hold one and you will agree with me.

It 's hard to find such a high quality fighter in this price range. Nice job Matt!

Now I want my Scorpion even more.

That thing is just plain mean!!

I am more of a traditional man when it comes to bowies, but that one brings out the recurve nut in me.

A cross between Walter Brend and Jerry Fisk!

Matt,
I know you take that as a compliment

Thanks for the compliments guys, i do appreciate them. That was the first of that type recurve blade done, i hope to do more. Im also working on a sub hilt variation.

Thanks again.

Matt.

Boy that is a beauty. I really like the look of the guard and handle. Sharpened clip?

Yep the clip is sharpened, to about 1/2 of blade length or so.

Thanks all for looking.
