I was working up different styles I wanted to do with my golok, and, while I went with the larger blade, this kept at me.

It is 16 in OAL (vs 18 for my golok) and a blade of 9 3/4 in (vs 12 in for the golok). 1/8 in thick 1095, convex grind with a tiny convex bevel. I cold blued the blade. The handle on this one is jatoba with brass hardware.

I am gonna put it to work this weekend cuttin some limbs. My hope is it proves to be a useful camp tool.......

I like too !
Its pleasing to the eye and the handle looks very comfy
