This place is bad news.

I've been happily living semi off the grid since December in my little cabin, no phone, no tv, no internet. I come back out for a bit, turn on the computer, check out the Becker Forum and overnight my checkbook bursts into flames!

Machax, tweeeners, Ethan's video of his new knife fifty years in the making. The poor thing didn't stand a chance. With the checkbook a smoldering pile of ashes. I now notice this morning, my credit card is all warm and gooey, melted all over the kitchen table.

Spontaneous Combustion or a wife that has been down this path before? We may never know. Where's Leonard Nimoy when you need him?
