I still don't know what you want us to do. There is a procedure for removing incorrect iTrader feedback. Deleting or editing an entire thread is not our policy.

Go to your account, click on View all feedbacks for (your username), go to the line for this transaction, look under Options for the triangle icon. Mouse over it (Report Bad Rating) and fill in the reason.
