I hope someone here can help me.

I have a Daniel Winkler Forged Stainless Steel dagger that he made for me in 1988.

I believe this is the only forged stainless steel knife that he made.

It is 7 3/4 in. long with a 3.1/2 in. blade.

It's ivory micarta with nickel silver bolster and pins.

I would like to sell it, but I don't know what it's worth.

Any ideas?

i've always found most makers very helpful in talking about previous knives....why don't you email or call mr winkler and see what he says about the knife and what it would cost today.....ryan

holy crap that is nice. That one would be a keeper for me, but I wish you the best in luck getting what it's worth, (sorry, can't help you on that one:o).

But damn, that's a nice dagger!

That is no doubt a rare one with the stainless and micarta.
I sold a very similar design & size neck dagger, however in damascus, mastodon ivory and a very elaborate Karen Shook neck sheath for $1275 about a year and a haft ago. If that helps any.
