I hope this isn’t blasphemous, but I came across this cookbook that seemed to pair well with the BK5



And the guacamole is pretty damn good. Probably due to being prepared with the glorious BK5.

Yes, the BK-5 is an excellent choice for camp and/or kitchen. Even though I have 2 of them, it would be nice to see them rebatched so the newer, younger knife enthusiasts could get one to enjoy.
