Dark green handles on ash-1??

So I am still looking for an ash-1 (had some other purchases I had to take care of first) and I see one I like on an auction site. Seller says it has dark green handles.

I didn't think they made handles in that color for the ash. The pictue looks like it could be black canvas with bad lighting but it could be either one.

Do these dark green handle exist lol??

Anyone have a pic or link to them?

If I'm looking at the right one, your question is answered at the end of the third question's response... Black canvas micarta.

There were no green handles offered on the CG ASH-1 other than green G-10, and it is lighter in color than what is shown. However, sometimes black canvas micarta may have a greenish hue to it.
 
I don't see any ASH advertised on fleabay as having dark green handles, so I'm assuming you are talking about another auction site.

One persons dark green could be another persons OD green handles. There are OD green G10 ASH handles. There are also 2007 SE ASH-1's with Green & Black G10. It is hard to see the different colors in the Green & Black G10, the handles just look dark from a distance.

You might want to state what auction site you are talking about, or post a picture from the site here so we can look.

You can also hunt on Lunde's Busse wall paper page for different color handles.

It's difficult for us to hunt down pictures every time a request for a different knife, blade & handles comes through. It is very time consuming to do so.

Give some more info and I am sure someone here can give a better answer.

EDIT: If you are talking about the one advertised on fleabay as the ASH-1 2008 Edition, that knife appears to be a Sage Blade with Black Canvas Micarta. There were no green Micarta handles on the ASH-1's (or on anything as far as I know of or have seen).
 
I believe that the one in question is on that sIte where the Seller doen't describe the combo at all in the description... Looks to be a Sage/mag Black Canvas CG as best I can tell from the pic.
 
This is on fleabay and He responded to me saying "dark green" which confused me a bit

It must be black canvas
 
look again, he doesn't state the color in the posting, it's a asked question on the bottem and he answers it.
