Hello people. I am new here. I do know a few people that post on this forum and they are the people who persuaded me to post. I know it is a piece of dark history, can somebody tell me about this knife? I do own it now. I just thought it was cool looking knife. There is a rather disturbing history to it, I am aware of this.
 
Welcome, and I suggest you post a picture of said knife, otherwise it'll take quite a while to guess what kind you're talking about. ;)

We don't see any image. If you are trying to add the image directly to your post you need a paid level of membership which isn't required to share images. You can also use a free image hosting service to post a link to the image and you can use the board code to make it display in the post.

I am some computer savvy. The creator of this forum does not make it easy to post pics. For the life of me I cannot understand how. Lol. Wow!!

OP should work in viral marketing, because the suspense of seeing this "dark, interesting, and old" knife that is part of "dark history" is killing me.

Like, if it's not some kind of cursed sacrificial dagger, I'm going to be a little let down.
 
Upload your picture to a picture hosting site. Then copy the address of the picture. Then in your post here, click the picture tool. (it is next to the smiley face on the tool bar.) Paste the picture into the popup.
 
The suspense is killing me!:eek: Get > https://imgur.com/ Then take a photo on your cell, Email it to yourself, save pic to file on your PC, open imgur , click drop down circle in upper right, click on images, then click add images and from there you can click and drag or paste a url. when your pic appears you can edit it or just click Copy and paste it in your thread by clicking the image tab next to the smiley face on the tool bar like knarfeng said. I hope that helps, it took me weeks to figure that out :confused: so it shouldn't take you too long. Oh! and Welcome :thumbsup:
 
Probably one of those SS officer's daggers. I guess even the accountants had a ceremonial uniform knife they could wear to parades and other Party-approved social functions. Something about bringing back the mystique of the Prussian Empire I guess.
