Hi guys,

Just finished this knife and wanted to share it with you.
This is Bowie - Persian with rustic finish

The San Mai is made on this occasion with Damask in the sides of 1010 and 1070. The steel used for the edge is 1095

The guard, chassis, pommel are steel phosphatized.

The scales Ebony

Measurements: 12" Blade / 17.5" Overall

Beautiful knife, but one of the few that I have seen you do that does not benefit from the rustic flat....in this case, it just looks like oversight, and adds nothing to the flow of the piece....jmo.

Claudio, thanks for making a knife labelled as "Persian" that actually has some characteristics of Persian knives. It seems like everything with an upswept tip get that label these days, for reasons that completely escape me. As always, your work is amazing.
 
Awesome knife! I love that sheath!! It flows with the knife so well!!
