Hi, I'm new here so forgive me if I made a mistake 
I have a old dagger/fighting knife (I'm not sure what realy it is) that has an alluminium handle with grooves for bether grip.
When I got this knife it was in a bad state so I polished it but I want the handle to have a old look like it was before. Before I polished it the handle had a dark gray-greeny look but it was not painted. Because I live in bosnia I'm not in a situation to buy chemical darkeners either they are too expensive with the shiping or they are not avaible for me
If anyone knows how to darken aluminium natural way with a homemade darkener please post it here
