It will take some getting used to the size difference. I been carrying a HDS for over a year.

Nice looking flashlight!
Regarding the size, I think you will appreciate the power that comes with the size.
I carry Fenix PD32UE. It's bit big for pocket carry, but that 740 lumens is super satisfying.
However.. you kind of want more power.

I'm trying to decide on a finish for when I finally get the email. I think the brushed develops a nice patina. Let me know what you think.

Though, I am looking into some custom texturing. I may just keep it simple and go with a wrap lanyard for strike grip.
