Three brand new War Boars came today, and I can't get the camera to work. Imagine three knives: black with black linen, black with red G10, and tan with snakeskin. Maybe in couple hours the battery will have enough a a charge for one or two pictures.

Sorry about the darkness of the picture. Danged flash won't work.

you mean to tell us that you knew damned good and well that you had knives coming but forgot to charge your cam

The damned camera won't hold a charge. Even after charging it for an hour, it couldn't manage enough power for even one flash.

Those pictures are fine, you just need a good skills on adobe photoshop!

Or you could run it through something easy to use, like Irfanview, and brighten those pics right up... ;)

Nice knives, John!!

Man those war boars are wicked and scary looking

I think I need at least 2 of those, one for each hand :D (of course it wouldn't hurt to have a few extra spares, OINK!).

Do they have any practical applications besides disemboweling though?

Nice collection JohnTheTexican

The tan/snakeskin is very nice! Congrats on your new boars!

(Try taking your pics outside in the shade or on an overcast day with your macro lens and they will look amazing. . . You can also put them near a window if you're stuck inside)

.

I would have taken the pictures outside, but it was dark by the time I got home, and I knew this thread would be useless without pics.

And I would have used my macro lens, but all my quality photo equipment ran off with my ex-wife. I just haven't trusted cameras since.

Hahaha, ex always take something precious from us right! My experience, you don't need quality photo equipment to get nice picture! I still use out dated canon S400 to shoot most of stuff they came out awsome! Look at how sharp they came out!

your situation. Macro mode in point-shoot camera. Adjust WB to indoor light to take out the yellow (which can be adjust in PS under hue/saturatetion select yellow) Expose with 1 sec if you have low light. Most important to shoot it on tripod.

For the photo what you have, is fine to adjust in PS. play first with Level> adjust the midtone so the blade will be less dark. Curve> you can adjust contrast. play with Level> Curve> brightness contrast> your sigle blade picture will pop much better!
