I already have a pretty bad addiction to firearms (especially 50 cals, as you can tell by my name). Ever since I bought a plain sheath Kothimoda from Danny. I've found I'm looking more and more at Khukuris. And not just any Khukuris, only HI Khukuris.

I'm neglecting my ARs, AKs, FALs and 50 all because of this growing addiction to HI Khukuris. The Kothimoda has taken the place of the glock from under my pillow at night.

Thought I could fight off this growing addiction and just have my one Kothimoda, but darn it, I just bought a BAS this week. Now I'm thinking of picking up a nice fancy sheath Kothimoda to sit as the centerpiece in the Living room.

P.S. still planning to stop by your Reno shop in a couple of weeks to see what else I can buy. :D

HIKV is a LOT cheaper than a gun addiction. Been there done that. :D

Hey, at least its not crack:) HIKV is the only virus i know that can add to the value of your home, give you peace of mind when you hear a bump in the night, and induce a case of the warm fuzzies for helping good people who need it. However, i have noticed i use a lot more bandaids now;) Welcome to the Cantina:)

come to think of it, that knife was my first khukuri and it is how I caught HIKV!
You can keep it!
Or, better yet, make yourself feel better by spreading the disease and sell/give it to a friend.
 
..is what i tell the new folks to the Cantina. So far it has been true...

I too am a HI loyalist. I even bought non-khuk objects from HI, proving they can be your one-stop blade supplier! HI seax, Falcata (sword) HI Bowie, to name a few non khuks in me collection.

Welcome, 50 Freak. my only personal firing exp is with the Desert Eagle .50 Action Express, which is a big gun. The slide traverse is huge! I thot it would blow back an take my hand off at the wrist!

If you are heading for Reno give me a call. I'll be in SFO, California Pacific Medical Center for a few days in June. Also doing some local doctoring so best to check.
