I can try. I don't have pics, yet, but will try to post some in a couple days.
I got mine on a trade, so I can't say what these knives come with. Mine's the satin finish model (I believe that's what it's called as the other model is DLC coated). I can't comment on how the edge is from the factory (Again, I didn't get it brand new).
First off, the knife is nice looking & a very comfortable feeling folder. It's 4.5" closed, with a 3.5" S30V blade. The blade is kind of like Spyderco's Captain, but with more of a point on it. The G-10 handle is molded & grooved with lots of grip & very comfortable. The flipper has nice looking grooves in it that's both good looking & makes for an easy flip open knife. It also makes for a great hand guard.
The handle is "kind" of like the Strider PT, SnG, & SMF in that it appears to be solid G-10 on the non-locking side (Black, BTW), & a full Ti liner & liner-lock on the lock side. I believe the knife's listed as being 4.0 oz. & I'd say that feels about right. It is blade heavy because the handle is G-10 & Ti (On 1 side only). The rest of the knife's hardware is listed as being SS.
The pocket clip is held by 2 torq screws & unfortunately, it's only tip-down (Right handed only, too).
I have not had to use this knife very hard, yet. However, it has cut through relatively thin wood, cardboard, thin plastic, wrapping, etc. (Nothing major...yet). The blade flips open easily. There's no need to use ANY wrist action at all.
All in all it's a very nice knife &, for me, a great size. I only have 2 gripes about the knife, but they're not that big of a deal.
1. The knife can only be carried tip-down. For some, that's a plus, for others like me, that's a minus (But not so much anymore as I've gotten more used to it).
2. The pivot washers are nylon (At least that's what I've read, but I have not taken it apart). I prefer phosphor/bronze washers, but again, that's not too big a deal.
Well, there's my 1st review that I've ever done for a knife. Hope that helps.
