Hi all

Does anyone have this knife or has an opinion on it?

I am torn between one and the sebenza 21.

I like the flipper and the dual thumb studs of the maze over the sebenza.
It is more expensive but the material are similar and specs. The sebenza is not cheep either :(
Stole these pics from the net.

I don't have the trigger maze, just the sebenza 21 and I highly recommend it
Although it seems to me that the knife you really want is the Darrel Ralph
but you're thinking about getting the sebenza as a compromise because it costs
less.

Both knives are pretty expensive, go for the one you like more :)

Back to topic, I actually have the sebenza 21 on order and thought of cancelling it for the maze.

I'd get the DDR because more people have Sebs. I was never one that liked to jump on the band wagon. No doubt both are great knives though.

Id go with the DDR, nothing against the sebenza, but neither will be a let down. Dont like the umnumzaan? It could be a good compromise.

Another thing to keep in mind is that Darrel is making fewer and fewer customs. These will become nothing but harder to get.

I personally dont like the DDR at all, but if you do then I'd say you should get it. They both cost alot anyhow, get what you like. As well as that, there is the availability issue too, it will be much easier to pick up the seb later on.

Do you lead or follow?
Does one knife bore you while the other knife lights your rocket?

Now, go get that knife.

I've had my eye on this one too, but I'm a little hesitant because of the size.

From the specs it seems it might be closer in size to a small Sebenza. I personally like larger knives so I 'd get the large Sebenza over the DDR. But the DDR is a nice looking folder.

I have the DDR TM on the way.I'd only recommend getting that,if you already have a Sebenza.Every knife connoisseur should have at least one Sebenza IMHO.:)
