Does anyone have any experience with Darrel Ralph knives? Just wondering how they compare to other customs like Lambert or Lightfoot.
 
I've had 3 or 4 Gunhammers and a few other models. The GHs were built like tanks, I still have one that I beat the heck out of. F/F was excellent. Little leary of linerlocks but YMMV.
 
i have one of his balis. as already stated, he has top of the line fit and finish. his designs aren't to shab either;)
 
I have a DDR Trigger, and it is outstanding!! The fit and finish are AWESOME!! I can not say enough good things about DDR's knives.
 
I have an old Apogee with S90V blade that I got in 2000. He engraved the clip with DDR MM and he only did that on knives he made in 2000. Great knife and Darrell was good to work with. I had him change the finish on the blade and he did a real good job. His newer stuff is cool and he has advanced his technique quite a bit since then. He does beautiful work and stands behind his work with no questions asked.:thumbup:

It would be very hard to find a bad DDR knife (probably impossible!:eek:).
 
I ordered a folder two years back. Still waiting for it. I am very curious now!!
