Top is a double exposure but you can make out left handed Sanu using an AK Bowie of his own making to cleanly remove the chicken's head. Puja done the chicken will end up as tarkari for the party to follow. To the right of this picture you can see a kamini preparing food -- could be that chicken.

Bottom is sarki Ashok displaying the 20 inch Sirupati he used to decapitate the black goat. Bura looks on approvingly.

Bill, thanks much for the pix. It dosen't suprise me that Sanu chose his AK Bowie for "chicken preparation". This is a really versatile knife, and I found it to work quite well for general food preparation.

The reason being the YCS and her tool's all of which seemed harder on the left side.

By the way I have enjoyed all of these pix immensley as well!!!
The chicken with the HI Bird and Trout was used to dispatch the chicken which shows that Rusty's nic for the AK Bowie is very apt!
