Exactly the one I have been waiting for and my first HI. :)

The Kamis are doing a wonderful job on the small knives now. It really expands the product line.

There was another discussion about this last month, but looking back, the little knife described as a Bura Gool in this DOTD offering actually appears to be an R-10. Here's a previously posted picture as confirmation:

i want that pen...

bearthedog, you better get that thing before i do. seriously, you better hurry.

I have about a 16" Pen. It is my most used khuk and it cuts great. I'd love another, but I'd be in big trouble. These are great knives!

I just picked up an R-10 recently. Whoever picked up this one is going to love it. I think it's a better small blade than the JKM-1 or the Kumar Karda.

My 18 inch 28 ounce Dhanrana Chitlangi came in on Friday and I picked it up today. All I can say is "wow". This is my first "real" kukri and the difference is amazing. I previously owned one I bought from an Army surplus store, but I think I am going to chop it up using my new blade and then throw it away (just kidding, but seriously this new knife could eat the other one for breakfast).

This knife is really nice, I could not be more impressed. The blade is very high quality, as are the sheath and the utility knives. I was impressed at how thick the karda and chakmak are, and at how well the sheath is made. The knife itself is sharp, well balanced, and I feel like I could chop down a whole tree with it. I can't get over how sturdy of a blade this is, yet how well it fits my hand. I can't wait to get another. Thanks.
