Can someone date a True Temper double bit “4” (swamping pattern) manufactured by Kelly Axe and Tool Works in Charleston W. Virginia?

THE AXE has True Temper engraved on one side as well as a large 4. On the other side is KELLY AXE & TOOL WORK CHARLESTON, W. VA. USA. There are no ridges of any kind in the eye. Measures 11.25” x 4.5”. The center is is 2.75” high and the width is approximately 7/8”.Thanks for responding! There are no ridges in the eye. It is smooth.

Thank you very much!! Catalog is very helpful. Now I am trying to determine if it is a Young, Humboldt or a Swamping. Difficult to identify model. Inclined to think it is a Young or Humboldt and not the Swamping from 1938 catalog pictures. Thank for the help! LacamaslakeSome clues:
True Temper's patent for the eye ridges was Patent Number 3090653, filed 7/2/59 and granted 5/21/63.
If the specific axe model isn't shown in the 1957 catalog, I'd surmise that it was manufactured sometime between 1938 and 1957, since I don't recall any evidence that Kelly axes stamped "True Temper" were being made before then.
