Dating these 2 knives

I was given these 2 Buck knives by my Uncle. I believe they are model 123 with rosewood handles. I looked at the Buck website for dating a knife, but where the Buck name is stamped it shows plain letters not the fancier ones on these knives. I also looked at the Great Alaskan Series for Cabela's but these also lack any of those markings as well.
Thanks for the help,
Chris

Those are part of the line of kitchen cutlery that Buck has made. If you can get the image BBCode from your Flickr account you could paste it in the reply box. You'll get more help that way. Preston

The model number he says is from the 'Mate' series. Stream-Mate, Lake-Mate and Ocean- Mate, models 122, 123 & 126. I maybe close on the numbers. DM

I was able to follow the links and see the images in post #1. As Preston said in post #3, the two knives shown are kitchen cutlery knives from the 1970's. The 6" Utility knife and 9" Carving knife. The handles are micarta, not rosewood. They are part of the Empress Trio model 200 cutlery set. The individual knives did not have model numbers. The third knife in the set was a 4" Paring knife. /Roger

Don, left click on IMG and it will open a new tab. You should be able to see it then. Preston

Thanks Preston... I have a touchpad laptop, right-click opened a new tab and I went there. The first set opened but the second set wouldn't open?

I got a look at them. Those are 2 knives from the Empress Trio set, model 200, the 9" carver / breaking blade and the 6" boning blade.
They looked to have black micarta. But you say rose wood. So, they would be maroon micarta. Which are from 1973. With the script old
English 2 line stamp. DM
