Can anyone post photos (or provide info) on any of the following Dave Beck custom knives? There's lots on the Tracker (and WSK) and some others on his Web site but these ones are not shown:

Lg Fighting Knife
B3
White Wolf Stalker
Hudson Bay camp knife
Pathfinder #1
Copperhead #1
Pine Creek Woodcrafter
Master Woodsman

Thank you.

I used to have a picture of a beautiful (could've been the perfect knife) Beck knife on my old computer that I pulled off the forums here.
It was about 7 1/2" clip point - flat ground - black finish of some type - full contoured tang (might've had a single finger groove) and micarta scales.
Just gorgeous. I've always thought about contacting him about making one of those for me. I sure wish I still had a picture of it.
The "Tracker" type knives do little for me however.

Thanks. I've e-mailed you a photo of another Beck knife since I can't post here.

Mapleleaf.

How did you get on his website? I can't get it to come up. I'm pretty sure I've got the right address but just incase, what address are you typing in?

Dave Beck has recently taken down his Website as he says it is attracting too much business for what he now wishes to be a part-time endeavor. However, he is still making knives, will take orders (long wait) and can be reached at the following email address: charmainebeck@aol.com

Hope this helps!

ps - The photo was of a terrific Beck fighter I have purchased.

Mableleaf just emailed me a photo of his new Custom Beck knife and asked me to post the picture.

Great looking knife Maple Leaf, very nice find. This is what Mr Beck wrote about this knife;

The knife in question was made by me about two years ago for a friend who had apparently resold it. It is a one of a kind piece I had designed for him & the #1 on the right side of the knife is in fact the serial number. The handle was fabricated from linear Micarta & fastened with loveless bolts. This knife was not forged but stock ground & differentially hardened & tempered. The sheath pictured was also fabricated by myself from heavy English bridle leather.
I am happy to hear how you like the knife. It is a really nice knife & one I would have liked to keep myself & should be a good collectors item as it was the only one ever produced.
