I just heard on Facebook that our good friend,Knifemaker and Sheathmaker Dave Cole Passed Away.
He will be missed by all that knew him.

Does anyone know how he passed? Was he sick or in an accident? I've been without internet for the past few months and just now read this. Dave had helped me with suggestions and ideas over at the leatherworker.net forum. Sad that we've lost a very talented maker and artist.

I emailed him a while back requesting information on a sheath. I got a reply from his wife telling me he passed. What a shame.
