I have a mint condition David Boye lockback folder with steel blue Zytel handle scales and a satin finished Boye Dendritic Cobalt blade for sale. To my understanding, Boye Dendritic Cobalt is a variant of Stellite 6K, and as such, it combines virtually rust-proof corrosion resistance with very high wear resistance for superior edgeholding. These knives are great little EDCs, and if I'm not mistaken, this particular model is out of production now and hard to find.

The Boye listed here has never been carried, used, or resharpened, and the original edge on it is sharp. The one-handed opening action is smooth, the lock-up is rock solid, and the blade centering is near-perfect.

For payment on this piece, I strongly prefer USPS money orders, but I will also accept PayPal or personal check if I know you. If you are paying by PayPal, I will cover the fees, but the payment has to be sent with a PayPal-confirmed address (including the green "confirmed" marker) listed in the invoice, and I will only ship to that PayPal-confirmed address. I reserve the right to wait for personal checks to clear before I ship.

I will consider a partial trade towards a variety of custom folders. Some custom fixed blades, such as those by Tim Galyean, Tom Krein, Jerry Hossom, John Young, and Russ Andrews, would interest me as well. Of course, in a trade for this knife, I would add cash or other knives.

I am not interested in serrated blades or production knives other than a numbered Strider RC.

Feel free to post, email, or PM any questions. Thanks for looking!
